What are the steps in the full process improvement cycle? |
- The cycle starts the initial process analysis design, this is usually an “as is” review of the current processes which then forms the basis of the future “to be” process that the organization wants to put in place. We are able to bring our experience from other assignments to help with this.
- Once we have the “to be “ process we complete the software requirements specification. This is the document that outlines what we need the software to do. This work will also highlight the “gaps” in the standard software that need to be addressed.
- Implementation and testing of the software, as defined in the requirements analysis, is the next stage. There are usually 2 stages to testing, system testing and the user acceptance testing. We complete these stages to confirm the software has been set up as the business wanted and that it works how it should.
- Finally the rollout of the software to the business. It is essential that the user training programme is put in place to allow the business to maximize the benefit of the new software. It is very important to the success of the implementation that the changes are carefully managed across the organization. Ternitabout is able to help with this aspect of the implementation.

Ternitabout will also provide post-implementation support if needed to help the new systems “bed in”. |
